1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gengolink.com (the "Store", available at https://gengolink.com) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Store or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Store and place orders. By using our Store, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on our Store, you agree to purchase products at the listed price. The listed price is the final all-inclusive price, including product cost, international shipping fees, and destination country duties/VAT; no additional fees are required from you. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product stock unavailability
• Pricing errors or typos
• Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
• Invalid shipping information provided by you

We will confirm order acceptance via email, and a binding contract will be formed only when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel orders at any time prior to acceptance without liability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use 4PX Express and other trusted shipping carriers to provide international delivery services (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, including processing time, delivery estimates, and tracking information. You agree to provide accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (4PX Express or other designated carrier).

5. Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your order (the final all-inclusive price shown on the page, including product, shipping, duties/VAT) at the time of checkout. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard as payment methods. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for payment processing errors or delays.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided, and we reserve the right to verify payment information and cancel orders for suspected fraudulent payments.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Store (including text, images, product descriptions, designs, etc.) is the property of gengolink.com or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gengolink.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our Store or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of law rules). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled amicably through negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court having jurisdiction in the seller’s location.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
